The Carolina Marathon Association and Columbia, South Carolina are proud to be the host site for the 2000 U.S. Olympic Team Trials-Women's Marathon!!! Roughly 175-200 female athletes will be racing down the scenic streets of Columbia trying to earn a trip to Sydney, Australia. The Women's Olympic Marathon in Sydney will be held on September 24, 2000.
